It is the third day into the bi-annual Rebecca Minkoff sale and markdowns are in effect! Throughout the morning and into the afternoon different categories are being slashed.
There was no line when I came during lunch hour. Everyone must be lined up at the MCM sample sale.
Setup is the same as previous sales. Tables upon tables of handbags in the middle of the venue. Apparel on the left side, shoes in the back, and jewelry and thongs near the register with the sample table near the steps.
I came in looking for leggings ($30) from their active line but unfortunately they didn't have any in my size. I was told they won't be restocking the active wear and whatever is out is all that's left. They only have xxs, medium, and large left in leggings.
Prices started out the same as last time but have been marked down again. See pictures below for breakdown. There is still a decent selection of footwear. Flats, sandals, and sneakers are now $40. Heels and boots are now $60 and sample shoes are $50. Apparel has also been marked down from opening day pricing.
I glanced at the bags, taking pictures for you to see what styles are available. For myself I shopped the sample table. Samples too have been reduced. Red tie is now $50. Blue tie is now $35, and purple tie is now $10!
This sample sale was pretty tame compared to previous Rebecca Minkoff sample sales where young and old adults were grabbing and shoving; a scene out of the Hunger Games!
I wouldn't be surprised if they slash prices again before the sale ends on Saturday. Have you gone yet? Comment with what you got!
